Reflect and write

For example you could share:

  • what concepts and ideas you found most interesting, and why
  • what is your existing experience with resilience. could you share highlights of it, using resilience thinking? This means to 1) explain what threats have been anticipated, 2) show what capacities were employed and how they changed, 3) explain what you did in the language of complexity (showing how diverse capital flew and linked)
  • how do you want to apply these ideas and learning in your work

And, of course, feel free to comment on what others shared!

My thought on resilience from what i have really learnt is doing things for greater sustainability where you can have solutions towards towards challenges and changes that occurs without dependency base.

The concepts and ideas i have learnt are much greater sustainability and how to find opportunities for what to be done next and also how to cope with shocks and stressors.

As anew person in the area of project for resilience,i started to know  much about it through reading and the way how threads being anticipated, working with it outside the box and involving changes for improvement.

Most of the capacities from where i have been didn't employed as in the form it should be e.g ,adapt ,absorb and transform since a time only one or two  capacities being practiced but from this study we need to get use to three  capacities explained.

I will love to apply this into my area of work by getting much understanding on threats anticipation, resilience thinking, capacities employment and it's flow
