If you would like to change the format of your Learning Site, simply follow the steps described in this guide.
Step 1: Click on the “Turn editing on” button on your Site:
Step 2: In the menu that appeared on the left, click on “General settings” and then scroll down and choose “Learning site format”:
Under “Learning site format”, you can choose how you would like your learning site to look like with these two options "Hidden sections" and "Learning site layout":
We recommend choosing “Hidden sections are completely invisible.” This way, participants won’t see sections you hide, but you as the site editor still can. If you choose “Hidden sections are shown as not available,” participants will see placeholders they can’t access, which can cause confusion.
In "Learning site layout", you can choose either to show all your sections in one go or have them on separate pages depending on your preferences.
- Show all sections on one page: Displays the entire course on a single page.
- Show one section per page: Displays each section separately, with navigation between them.

Step 3: Once you have chosen your preferred format, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Save and display”:
You will then be taken back to your Learning Site and see it changed according to the format that you had chosen.
You can change the format of your Site at any time; the changes that you make will take immediate effect for all your Learners.
