I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on Fabo.

To do that, please go to the login page: Access the login page.

Step 1: Start by clicking on “Have you forgotten your password?”:

Step 2: A new page will open with further instructions:

Please write your email address in the “Email address” field, then click on “Search” and check your inbox.

Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from fabo.org with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 3: Simply click on the link provided in the email and create a new password.

Once you have done that, you will be able to log in to your account again.

Please remember that for safety reasons you will only have 30 minutes to use the link provided in the email.

After that time, you will have to follow the steps described above one more time to generate a new link.

If you do not receive an email from fabo.org within a few minutes, please follow these steps again.

Very often it is due to a typo in the email address. We recommend that you check your Spam folder as well.

If, however, your attempts at resetting your password are unsuccessful, please send us an email to: support@fabo.org.
