Where can I see which Learners have completed my Learning Site?

If you are a Site Editor or an Account Administrator, you can see which Learners have completed your Learning Site and have a detailed overview of those Learners who have not completed it yet.

You can do so by generating the “Learning Site Completion” report for your Site.

Step 1: Start by clicking on the red “Turn editing on” button on your Site:

Step 2: In the menu that appeared on the left, click on “Report: Learning site completion”:

Here you can have an overview of all Participants on your Learning Site and the Activities that they have or have not yet completed:

When the Learner has completed an Activity, it will be marked as 

When the Learner has not yet completed an Activity, it will be marked as 

Please note that to generate the Learning Site Completion Report, you must specify beforehand which Activities on your Site are mandatory to complete the Site.

If you haven’t specified it yet, the Report will be unavailable, as there are no conditions yet to be met to complete your Site.
