How do I invite other Fabo users to edit my Learning Site with me?

If you would like to invite other users to edit your Learning Site with you, simply follow the steps described in this guide.

Step 1: Click on the “Turn editing on” button on your Site:

Step 2: In the menu that appeared on the left, click on “Participants”:

Here you can see who can currently access your Learning Site and their role.

Step 3: To invite other users to edit your Learning Site, click on the green “Invite users” button at the top of the page:

In “Users to choose from”, you can see which users can be invited to edit your Site.

Step 4: Select the user that you want to invite and choose the option “Site Editor” in the menu in between the columns:

Step 5: Once the user has been selected and the “Site Editor” option has been chosen, click on the green “Add” button:

You will see that the user’s name has moved from the column on the left to the column on the right.

It means that now they have a role of a Site Editor on your Learning Site and can edit it.

The user will be notified of it by email and a pop-up window next time they log in to Fabo.
