Practicing Agroecology

This set of slides can help you explain the basics of agroecology and the role it can play when building climate resilience in communities.

You can share the slides to partners and communities directly from this learning site, or you can download it and bring it to the audience on a mobile device.

Use the pre-recorded sound, or use your own explanations to have a dialogue with partners, farmers and extension workers about how to get started with using agroecology for sustainable production, food security and environmental protection.

Going through the slides with the pre-recorded sound will take about 15 minutes. If you share the slides as a facilitator, please pause along the way to allow questions and discussions for a deeper understanding.

To download the tool to your mobile device - please do the following:

1. Download the Fabo app for Android devices in Google Play or IOS devices in Apple's app store. In the Fabo app, you logon and find the training in your 'My activity' view. 
2. To download the learning site (while online) - click the download icon: 
   hereafter the learning site is available offline on your mobile device. 
   
   
3. When you are back online, you can choose to sync materials to update changes and receive updates.
