Alliance for Empowering Partnership

The Alliance for Empowering Partnership (A4EP) is a network of leaders of national and local civil society organisations. It seeks to contribute to the reform of the humanitarian sector, in favour of more equitable partnerships and a reinforcement rather than replacement or instrumentalisation of local and national capacities. It engages international actors around the commitments they have made to that effect, and other local and national actors on the integrity and accountability that are required for anyone’s good stewartship of resources, provided to assist people in dire need.
