I am working as an intern in a NGO, and do not have previous experience in the field. I have some knowledge about decolonization from my education. But the act of putting academic knowledge into good use in the everyday tasks, is a new level for me. So my question is:
How can you put academic knowledge into good practice?
What are some do's and dont's that you have seen from people working in NGO's?
