I represent Come to Work (CTW)-Bangladesh, an organization dedicated to the socio-economic empowerment of marginalized communities, with a particular focus on women, children, and individuals with disabilities. Since its establishment in 1983, CTW has been at the forefront of promoting education, economic opportunities, and rights-based development in northern Bangladesh. In partnership with Africa-Asia Impact (AAI) and CISU, we are advancing climate-resilient agriculture initiatives that empower women farmers, enhance access to education, and strengthen community participation. Through the United Voice of Adivasi Women, we tackle the root causes of extreme poverty, gender inequality, and climate change adaptation and mitigation, driving sustainable, green change in the region.
