Desired Change (Impact)

-          Marginalized women in Aden have economic opportunities to support themselves.

Precondition 1: Marginalized women have developed vocational skills.

Precondition 2: Job opportunities are available, and the women can access the opportunities.

Precondition 3: Accessible bazar focusing on relevant products and the women’s skill set.

Precondition 3: Yemen Women Union have the interest and support marginalized women.

You have a clear desired change, and a number of pre-conditions to it. Thats great.
It is for me a bit difficult to understand the 4 preconditions as a pathway, as I don't think that e.g. “available job opportunities” is a precondition for “women to develop vocational skills”. So, either these two are sidelined, or you need to re-formulate them to become logically connected.
