Tools that are useful for our project idea:

  • Problem tree to help us identify how in the development issue we have selected, causes and effects are interrelated. In this way, this tool can help us identify our desired change more clearly.

  • Stakeholder Matrix: helps us identify the relevant stakeholders for our project according to their influence and interest. Using this tool we can also decide what kind of strategy to use according to different stakeholders and how to involve them in the project.

  • Using a combination of Toc and Results framework. This will give us a good visualization of the project and how we want to achieve impact and change. Results framework gives us an idea on how all the elements of the project are linked together, while ToC helps us with a panoramic visualization of the project.

Impact (desired change):

  • Improve the livelihoods of marginalized communities in Geita Town Council in relation to the challenges posed by climate change and environmental issues.

Preconditions:

  • The knowledge and awareness of marginalized communities in relation to climate change and environmental issues has increased through advocacy activities, community mobilization, and campaigns.

  • The capacity of marginalized groups is increased in relation to the use of climate-smart agriculture techniques through training/capacity-building sessions.

  • The community is engaged in environmentally friendly activities (tree planting etc.).

  • Duty-bearers have increased their knowledge about climate change and environmental issues.

Thank you for sharing your work. Looks good.
As I understand your preconditions, the first one you write is the one I would put at the bottom of the pathway. Climate change awareness is a pre-condition for that communities are open for capacity building, and increased capacity is a pre-condition for that communities engage, etc.
Remember that a pre-condition is the description of a positive situation. So, the pre-condition is not awareness increased or capacity increased, but "communities are aware" and "capacity exist", then your activities will be needed to bring this change (create awareness, build capacity, etc).
