The description of their characteristics looks like being the same for all of the rightsholders, which to a large extend may be correct, but I assume there also are differences. For being able to use this exercise for the next step (placing each into the matrix), it may be best to describe each rightsholder separately.
The same counts for duty-bearers. As it looks now, you write that NGO, INGOs and CSOs are responsible for policy making, but each of the duty bearers have different characteristics.
