Rights-holders:

* Young women and girls. Characteristics: they are exposed to violence and sexual harassment by criminal gangs.

* Youth groups. Characteristics: They join young people with similar interests for improving livelihoods.

Duty-bearers:

* Local Leaders: There is a Chief and a Chair Lady as well as women leaders who have shown interest in changing the situation in Bonga Town. People listen to what they say, but their influence might be biased.

* Ministry of Gender and Children Affairs: Has the duty to inform about women rights and support initiatives to improve women / girls affairs.

Other relevant actors:

* Civil society actors such as Y-CAS, which is present in Bonga Town and respected by the young peers. However, many people think they have little influence.
