Overview of the Project

 Development Issues : Over the 30 years, agricultural land in Helambu Rural Municipality has shrunk by 14 times -resulting in food insecurity, nutrition etc. forcing people to migrate out of Helambu. The community forests, once an award winning concept, are not functioning properly.

People Affected : The most vulnerable peoples and All peoples

It looks like you had some good discussion in your group. You description of partners, people affected, and sectors involved are clear, and contains both rightsholders and duty bearers.
Your formulation of the development issue are both broad ("land has shrunk") and narrow ("community forest concept not functioning"). You might what to be bore precise in what is the Development issue. Your description of people affected is both narrow (vulnerable) and broad (all people). That might need reconsideration.
