It looks like you had some good discussion in your group. Location is very focused. That will help you later.
You description of partners, people affected, and sectors involved are clear.
Your development issue is general (as you want a dev. issue to be) but maybe also a bit too general. You might want to include a dimension of to who the development issue is a problem. In your case it looks a sif you see climate change in a inequality perspective. So it could be included that your issue is "Loss of livelihood for marginalized groups in relation to climate change"?
