Development Issue: Through rehabilitation and Nexus approach, this project strives to reopen three kindergartens having been closed since beginning of the war.

Great to see your response to the homework. Your description is very clear in identifying partner and people affected.
About the development issue, you do actually not describe what the development issue is. You describe a response / a project about reopening kinder gardens, but the development issue should more be a description of the situation which lead to the need of your project. What is the challenge for these children?
