Right holders:

Masai women in Lesoit. Characteristics: underprivileged traditional nomads living from their livestock mainly. Women work hard and do not have any privileges. Many are illiterate. Do not have option to travel for other income opportunities.

Masai men in Lesoit. Characteristics: underprivileged traditional nomads living from their livestock mainly. Many young men travel to work in tourism etc.

Kiteto Dairy Cooperative dairy farmers. Characteristics: underprivileged farmers with few livestock, struggling to make a living.

Kiteto Dairy Cooperative. Characteristics: very small-scale dairy production with difficult access to market. Strong coop structures with good leadership.

 

Duty bearers:

Government sectors (agriculture, health). Characteristics: structures do not promote smallholders. Bureaucracy difficult. Difficult access to favourable credits.

Private and public institutions. Characteristics: structures do not promote smallholders. Bureaucracy difficult.

Village elders. Characteristics: traditional thought (especially regarding women’s progress/independence)

Traditional men. Characteristics: traditional thought (especially regarding women’s progress/independence)

Politicians, Local traditional leaders. Characteristics: traditional thought (especially regarding women’s progress/independence)

Church. Characteristics: traditional thought (especially regarding women’s progress/independence)

 

Other relevant stakeholders: local partner NGO’s; Church; Banks, legal & human rights activists; Tanzanian Dairy Board; Service providers; volunteers.

This is interesting reading. The characteristics you have added to each stakeholder will make it easy for you to continue with the stakeholder matrix from here. You may at that stage discover that a stakeholder "private and public institutions" is too general and maybe with too many contradicting interests. In such case, it will be helpful to divide them into sub-groups, being more specific about them.
