Section outline

    • Intercultural communication is a crucial set of skills to have in this global world. It studies the communication across cultures, social groups and how culture affects communication (you can see a video on this at the end of the site). It seeks to understand how people communicate from different countries and across various cultures.

It presents the idea of knowing how to communicate with people from different countries. Culture determines how people perceive things. Learning the tools to facilitate trainings/workshops for people with diverse background seems to be must in today's context.

Intercultural communication plays an important role in international businesses. The two key personality traits that anyone can incorporate while hosting trainings in an international environment are 'openness' and 'resilience'. Lack of skills of intercultural communication might lead to miscommunication.
