Sales strategy:
Sales strategy means the way in which your products or services will be offered to your customers. You may choose to display your products, for example, through direct sales such as store, your webpage, or through intermediary (owner of webpage) and deliver the product to the place desired by the customer or through an intermediary between you and the customer). Therefore commissions are to be deducted subsequently in sales forecasts.
In addition to selling the product, the sales strategy includes defining your target market share in the coming years, which will be explained later.
It also includes the payment method that will be used by the customer to buy your products such as cash, credit cards, mobile lines, special promotional coupons, etc.
