As we learned earlier, you should first determine who your competitors are and then identify the information you want to know specifically by using customer analysis and then use the resources from which you can get the information you have identified.

There are many sources that can be used to track your competitors and get interested information, including:

1. Newspapers, magazines and articles published about them.

2. Their websites and pages on social media.

3. Hiring people to visit their locations and know what they offer.

4. Review the information available in government institutions and organizations such as patents and litigation files available to the public.

5. Commercial and industrial reports issued by ministries.

6. Information published through brochures and publications.

7. Customer impressions or yours if you use their products.

8. Declared budgets.

9. TV interviews or public statements.

10. Employment announcements they make.
