        calenderThe first part focuses on a basic understanding of conflict sensitivity.

        Learning Goal

        • Create a scenario role play in which participants are introduced to the challenges of managing an intervention  in a crises.

        Measurable Learning Objectives

        After completing this course, participants will be able to:

        You will have improved understanding of some of the challenges faced in crises situations.

        You will have an improved understanding as to why conflict sensitivity might be needed in crises situations.

      • Part 2 - Theoretical Overview of Conflict Sensitivity & Peacebuilding

        analyse toolDuring Part 2 you will grasp an improved understanding of conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding, further exploring definitions, theoretical framworks, and analytical tools.

        • To familiriase yourself with conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding theories

        Measurable Learning Objectives

        After completing this session, you will be able to:

        • list the three central components of conflict sensitivity
        • explain the linkages between conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding
        • understand different approaches to peacebuilding
      • Part 3 - Theory in Action

        toolIn Part 3, theory is put into practice by applying analytical tools.

        • To actively engage participants in conflict sensitive analysis.
