I am shalomi teranciya.  I play a main role of  BRAVE  SOCIAL INNOVATORS committe. I have  cordinate some activities for this organization such as help to study poor students and pre school childrens.


We have a good partnership with LIVETS LYS - DENMARK. We do now some mini projects and analyses together.

Our partner organization is AIP Foundation Denmark.  

Through this course, I hope to learn the essential methods for designing and developing a civil society project according to CISU's new project guide. We will then be able to apply for the next grant from the CISU Project.


Keeth.G. - Livets Lys

My name is Keeth and I am volunteer Project Coordinator at a small organization called "Livets Lys" in Denmark. For the past four years , we have been focusing  on improving education for vulnerable plantation (Labour)  worker's children in Sri Lanka.

Our partner organization shares the commitment and we are doing some miner projects and analyses. We are currently preparing to apply for The  Civil Society Fund for the Small-scale interventions in next year. 

Through this course, I hope to learn the basic methods to design and develop a civil society project according to the CISU's  new  project guide.

My partner organisation is Mawada in Yemen, lead by Chairwoman Samah Yousef. 


My expectation from this course is to build a common framework for me and my partner organisation to develop solid and relevant project.

My name is Kenneth Ndua, and I'm based in Kenya. I work with Soweto Youth Initiative, a partner organization of Moja Stich for Education. As a Program Designer and Advisor, I'm responsible for developing effective programs and providing guidance to our volunteers. I'm eager to learn more about CISU's approach to project design, particularly how to create award-winning programs. I'm excited to gain insights that will help me enhance my skills and contribute to our organization's success.

Since 2023, I am board member in CICED (https://ciced.dk/). 
One of our partners is Just Nepal Foundation JNF (https://justnepal.org/about-jnf/) . 
Together we had run several project, mainly in the educational sector. Since 2023, we also have a Climate Change Adaptation Modality (CCAM) project. I am project coordinator and advisor from the CICED side in the CCAM project.

Having studied and worked with Rural Development since 1975, I expect to get updated on new methods for project design and planning.

My name is Yuliia, I'm from Ukraine.

I represent the charity organization UA Brokers Without Borders, which supports medical and educational facilities with emergency repairs, equipment, and essential services to keep them operational during wartime. 

We are pleased to collaborate with Danish People's Aid in supporting the reopening of schools and kindergartens by establishing functional bomb shelters.

I expect to learn more about the CISU approach to protect structuring and funding allocation.

I am Peter - Humanitarian Coordinator, working in Ukraine with UA BWB. Together we have established bomb shelter for the primary school in Ganniv, Mykolaiv Oblast and newly agreed project is to facilitate bomb shelter for  kindergarten #127 in Mykolaiv City.


My hope and expectations for this course is to achieve qualifications and language to attract funding from CISU Nighbourhood pool.

Irene Norlund, AIP Foundation - Safe Roads for Lives, Denmark

Hi everybody,

I am Irene working for AIPF-Denmark. In Denmark I am member of the board responsible for membership and finane.

Our partners are AIPF-Cambodia and we work on a project on 'Safe and Sustainable Commuting for Garment & Foodwear Workers in Cambodia' (SSSC) who are implementing the project with support to 6 factories with training and awareness raising to improve the transportation to and from the fatories.

The project will end in 2025 and we are planning on a new project to follow up on the SSSC. Looking forwards to be inspired from this course and learn more about good project proposal writing.

Hello, my name is Ari Olsen, and I'm currently an intern at DIB as part of my political science studies at Aarhus University. During my education, I've primarily focused on development policy, which has given me a solid theoretical understanding of the field.

Hello everyone, 

I am Beatrice Blanda. I work for DIB as Project Manager, where I am in charge of our projects in Nepal and Ghana about sustainable development in relation to climate change. I worked for some years on the relation between gender equality and climate change, especially within the context of the MENA region, and I brought my experience on this in my work with DIB.

I hope that participating to this course with our partner Kijani Consult will give us a stronger base to successfully write a good project proposal and a better understanding on how to navigate CISU's project guide to produce impactful interventions.

 I'm participating in this course with Danish Muslim Aid as a partner. My goal for this course is to improve my skills in proposal writing, fundraising, and strategic networking. Christoph Lodemann, CISU

My name is Christoph, and I work with CISU as an advisor.

I will facilitate this workshop for you together with Søren.

I have a long experience as an advisor at CISU. Before that, I worked abroad with sevel NGOs, focusing on strengtheing civil society in different ways.

I have during the past years been holding several training on Theory of Change as well as the result framework. Besides that I was part of the team which developed CISUs project guide.

My name is Soren Asboe. I work in CISU, where I am an adviser with CISU.

I will be facilitating the course with my colleague Christoph.

I have a long experience as an advisor with CISU, and before working with CISU I worked in different CSO. My regional experience is mainly Africa, but I have also experience from Asia and the south America. I have worked extensively in West Africa.   

I have been part of the group in CISU who have prepared the CISU Project Guide.
